BoilerPart.ca, a division of CanroHeat.ca, provides boiler repair, maintenance, parts replacement, and related HVAC services throughout Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley, British Columbia.

Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and urgency.
Emergency services are available with priority response across Greater Vancouver.
Please provide accurate information about your boiler system and issues.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Pricing and Payment

Service estimates are provided before work begins when possible.
Parts prices may vary based on availability and manufacturer pricing.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfer.

Warranty

Our workmanship is backed by our service guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to all OEM parts installed. Extended warranty options are available for qualifying services.

Limitation of Liability

BoilerPart.ca and CanroHeat.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
