IBC Aquastat Replacement in Greater Vancouver
Genuine IBC aquastat, supplied and professionally installed by Technical Safety BC–licensed gas fitters. Never sold for DIY.
The Aquastat on Your IBC Boiler
The aquastat monitors boiler water temperature and controls the burner to maintain set-points and high-limit safety, mainly on conventional and cast-iron boilers. A failed aquastat causes overheating, no heat, or erratic temperatures.
On IBC systems — including models such as SL 20-160, VFC 15-150, V-10 — a failing aquastat often shows up as ignition lockout or related symptoms. We diagnose it precisely and install the correct genuine IBC part.
