What the Water Pressure Sensor Does
The water pressure sensor (transducer) tells the boiler the system pressure so it can lock out safely on low pressure and display fill prompts. A drifting sensor causes false low-pressure faults even when pressure is fine.
It converts system pressure into an electrical signal the control reads continuously, enabling low-pressure protection and the pressure readout on the display.
